How do I know if my data is being backed up?

You may choose to recieve email notification of your back up status. We also monitor all backup activity, so that you can be sure that backups are performed as scheduled.

How many backup schedules can I configure?

You may configure as many backup schedules as you wish.

What happens if I forget my backup encryption password?

Whoops! If you forget the backup encryption password, then there is no known way to decrypt your backed up data. So it is recommended that you write down the backup encryption password in a safe and secure place.

What type of encryption does Remote Backup Pro use to secure the data being backed up? How secure is my data?

Remote Backup Pro uses the Blowfish encryption algorithm. You can get more information about blowfish algorithm at http://www.schneier.com/blowfish.html
