Backing up your system is critical and Aaron really is a pro! Last week we had a power outage and when I rebooted the system my files had been corrupted. I called and he was able to have me back up and running immediately by being able to deliver my backed-up files. Thanks Aaron! You saved us!

My computer crashed (blue screen), two weeks after I started backing up our computers with Europa IT. I tried to recover my files from an external hard drive, but it would not work. I called Aaron & he immediately was in the office reinstalling Windows, all my files and the companies database. The professionalism and competency was above any I had every seen. I recommend Aaron & Europa IT to anyone with a computer.

I have been working with Europa IT since its inception and can’t say enough good things about Europa and, in particular, about Aaron Howe.
Aaron is a consummate IT professional, who is also respectful and mindful of his client organization’s mission and purpose. As a small, nonprofit corporation, we appreciate that Aaron has gone out of his way many times in order to keep us up and functioning. Europa’s combination of competence and caring is a rare to find these days.
